After years of training and gaining experience in renowned establishments across Europe, Gabriel found his professional home with us in the Casies Valley several years ago. Since then, our head chef has been shaping the culinary world of La Casies. With great creativity, genuine passion, and a special talent for showcasing regional ingredients, he continues to surprise us every day with new ideas. He loves South Tyrolean Alpine cuisine, reinterprets traditional dishes, and adds his very own personal touch to every plate – authentic, refined, and full of character. Thanks to his helpful nature and the calmness he radiates, he is not only an excellent chef but also a valued colleague and a key figure within the La Casies team.
We do our best to make our guests’ holidays as comfortable as possible. This also includes accommodating various intolerances and special diets. We are happy to prepare gluten- and lactose-free dishes, as well as vegetarian and vegan menus.

When it comes to delicious drinks, our house bar is the place to be. Alongside fresh Casies mountain water, you’ll find refreshing aperitifs, cold beer, fine South Tyrolean wines, and fruity signature drinks. Of course, we also serve excellent coffee and non-alcoholic beverages.
