Casies alpine cuisine meets Dolce Vita

A touch of Italy, a pinch of South Tyrol, and a hint of international culinary artistry, paired with a generous serving of passion: that’s the secret behind the cuisine at our three-quarter-board hotel in Val Pusteria. We believe in the quality of South Tyrol’s products and use them to create unforgettable flavours with great care and skill. Changing themed evenings BBQs, dessert buffets, aperitif receptions, or show cooking perfectly round off the dinner experience.
