Our prices are per person, per night, based on standard occupancy of two people, and include three-quarter board. Not included is the local tax, payable on site from age 14. Drinks, massages, and other extras are charged separately.

Children up to 1 year: € 10.00 per child, per night
Children up to 3 years: € 25.00 per child, per night

Double room for single use
For single occupancy of a double room, a 30 % surcharge applies to the price of the respective room category according to the price list.

Deposit
Upon receipt of your written reservation and payment of a deposit of 20 % of the stay price, you will receive our booking confirmation. From that moment, the reservation is binding. If you have provided your credit card, the deposit will be charged to it or, in case of cancellation, the applicable fees will be deducted. We ask that the deposit be transferred within two days, or for last-minute arrivals, that credit card details be provided by phone.

Cancellation conditions
In accordance with the Italian Consumer Protection Code (Art. 1382 Civil Code) there is no right to cancel the trip. However, we offer the following cancellation conditions:
Travel & cancellation insurance
To be on the safe side and potentially avoid costs, we recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance when booking. This can be arranged here.
Bill payment options
Your hotel bill can be settled in cash or by card. Please check your bill carefully at the time of payment (complaints cannot be accepted after departure).
Vouchers and package services
Vouchers or services included in a package cannot be transferred to other people or exchanged for other services. If a voucher or package service is not used, it will not be refunded. If a service cannot be provided due to late booking, it is also non-refundable.
Board
Our room rates include three-quarter board (breakfast, afternoon snack, and dinner). If you only wish to book a room with breakfast, € 8.00 per person, per day will be deducted from the price. Unused meals cannot be deducted from the total price. Drinks and massages are not included in the board price.
Arrival and departure
Check-in: from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival
Check-out: by 11:00 am on the day of departure
Late check-out: for departures by 1:00 pm, 30 % of the room price for the day of departure is charged; for departures by 5:00 pm, 70 % is due. If no room is available, the entire spa area can be used for € 25.00 per person (afternoon snack included).
If you arrive after 8:00 pm on the day of arrival, please inform us in advance. On request, we can also provide a shuttle from Monguelfo train station (for a fee) or arrange a taxi if needed.

Dogs and small pets
Dogs or small pets are welcome on holiday with us in South Tyrol (on request). We charge € 15.00 per animal, per day (excluding food) and ask that you bring your own dog blanket. We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused by your pet upon departure.
Please note that pets are not allowed in the dining room, wellness area, pool, or relaxation lawn. Depending on availability, you may dine with your dog in our Lerchenstube, if it is free.
Non-smoking
All areas of the hotel are non-smoking. We kindly ask you to smoke only in the outdoor areas.
Reservation of specific room categories
We cannot guarantee a specific room number, floor, or special table requests at the time of booking. We will, however, do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Items left behind
We accept no liability for lost or left-behind items.
