The gentle one: bio-herbal sauna (55 °C) – invigorates the senses with soothing herbal infusions, gentle on the circulation
The fiery one: Finnish sauna (80-100 °C) – really gets the circulation going, all with Dolomites views
The stimulating one: steam bath (40-50 °C) – beneficial for skin and respiratory system, cleansing, relaxing, and soothing
