Stefan, our barkeeper as well as Lukas and Michael, are now official European Bartender School graduates. The European Bartender School is the leading institution when it comes to learn the art of making a cocktail. We're proud of having this knowledge in our structure and we highly recommend to taste one of their cocktail creations in our hotel in Gsies - Valle di Casies.
