Blossom week

For the first time, the La Casies dedicated a whole week to the blossoms of Gsies valley from the 12.06.2016 till 19.06.2016. Every day, another flower was focussed and it was part in every area of the hotel in South Tyrol.

The heat is on... Stefanie, our vaporisation master was scooping water and fanned the steam towards the benches. She made the pleasant anise “Aufguss” on tuesday and lavender “Aufguss” on friday. Afterwards a cold and fresh shower under our nature cascade.

Refreshing. Sweet. A touch of lime. Mint. Apple. A lot of love... and what else? ...a secret. On thursday, Mirjam served her new creation, the apple-mint-mojito... the best refreshment for a active summer vacation in South Tyrol.

The early bird catches the worm...  Kneipp cure in the morning with host Sepp, whereat Sepp  was telling a lot of elder flower tea and the naturopath Sebastian Kneipp. Subsequently, every guest got a homemade nature smoothie, the best preparation for a mountain hike here in Gsies Valley.

It is blooming every where here in Gsies Valley. Even on 2000 meter, during the guided spring tours, host and guide Sepp with son Patrick, found a bunch of beautiful mountain flowers.

Rose tortellini with white polenta-thyme filling... a poem for the tongue... but just one of the exquisite meals of our gourmet kitchen Team, which are responsible for the magnificent food in the mountain and hiking hotel La Casies.

Even so in our Spa, the blossom week was almoust everywhere. Rose massage, lavender face treatment or a relaxing chamomile wrap - for every kind of taste the right beauty and wellness treatment.
