Traditional butter manufacturing and tasting in the mountains

Usually, before we start making butter, host Sepp brings the participants up to the "Messnerhütte" a mountain lodge at 1.660m. After the hiking part, every one is invited to make his own traditional mountain butter like they used to do it  decades ago. 

After the working part is always a pleasure part. The butter is going to be tasted with a traditional made bread and other ingridients... and after the teasting? Just relax under the sunshade...
